GOV-ATLAS
A registry of 783 government and broader-public-sector organizations (federal, Ontario, and municipal/BPS across the Toronto region and comparator cities), each with a list of where it publishes information online, and a 10,577-row historical document shelf of annual reports, financial statements, and strategic plans. Built for candidates, journalists, and other independent actors: the registry is the product; written analysis is an extra layer that exists for some organizations and not others (see each org page's own "Analysis pending" note where it doesn't).
