The Harvest

One record for one Toronto. Three million of us hold the answers between us — what this city should become, what’s broken, and who is already quietly fixing it. The Harvest collects those answers, three lines at a time, from dinner tables, block circles, classrooms, congregations, assemblies — and from you, right now, in about thirty seconds. And this is our front door for everything: any question, offer, correction, or idea, about any of our projects and activities — one box, right below.

Never collected, anywhere on this page: a nominee’s contact info, attendee names, a full street address, a full postal code. Cross-streets only, FSA only. Every submission returns a delete token that removes exactly that submission, whenever you want.

The record publishes in aggregate only — counts, never anyone’s raw words. Individual visions and complaints are published only through a separate, consent-checked step, never automatically.

On paper somewhere? Paper is the record too

Nothing is lost by starting on paper. Every kit ships with a printed harvest sheet. Run your gathering, pass the sheet, keep it. Then, whenever you’re ready: pick “I’m entering a room’s harvest” above, set up the room, photograph the sheet if you like (it stays a private working copy, never published, deleted on a schedule), and type the lines in — yourself, or hand the photo to someone you trust to type. A sheet typed in Tuesday counts exactly like a form filled Friday night.
