EDUCATION — The Learning City

A proposed approach to education and lifelong learning built on the idea that literacy and skills come more from doing than from being taught.

It combines four connected pieces: small peer “circles” led by a trained human guide plus an AI helper; a shared citywide reading list; an AI-upgraded public library help function; and real neighbourhood projects that serve as the curriculum. It aims to help adults and communities build reading, digital, AI, and civic skills through guided practice rather than formal instruction.

This program has not been ratified. Nothing here is a promise, and no real participant has been contacted about any part of it.
