NEWCOMERS — The Diaspora Bridge Network

A proposed network linking Toronto's existing hometown associations, diaspora chambers of commerce, and professional groups into one lightweight system.

It has two tracks: a Trade Bridge connecting Toronto businesses to homeland markets, and a Homeland Fellowship supporting newcomers who want to help improve their home regions. It is designed to help realize the economic and cultural potential of Toronto's immigrant communities while explicitly guarding against exploitation, fraud, and foreign interference.

This program has not been ratified. Nothing here is a promise, and no real newcomer, association, or business has been contacted about any part of it.
