The Programs
These are longer-range civic design programs — each one asking a single hard question about the city and working through what a real answer would take. None of them are organizations to join. Every one is paper design work, at an early stage, going through the same walk toward ratification and verification as everything else on this site. What follows is a one-page plain-language summary of each, drawn only from that program’s own public summary document, with its real status shown honestly.
A program page here is not a promise anything will be built. It is a description of a proposal, and how far along the proposal is.
